If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company chosen.

If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you selected your product in our store but discover a manufacturing defect upon receipt, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it according to the following terms:

Product Dissatisfaction: Within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt.

Defective Product: Within 3 (thirty) calendar days of receipt. (For defects such as: damaged glass or screen, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to claim the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If contact is made after 24 hours, we will consider the problem to be caused by individual damage, and we will not issue a refund.

Remember that the first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Center. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the product return.

To return a product due to dissatisfaction:

The product must show no signs of use. In the case of watches, the strap must not have been removed for adjustment. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with the original packaging (postal packaging, with label).

Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that everything complies with the return conditions. Upon confirmation, our Service Team will contact you, and you will be able to choose between:

Exchange for any other product available in our stock.

Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty:

All products in the store have a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the problem. This video must also show the product packaging (postal packaging, with label).

The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect, and the product packaging must be visible in the photo.

IMPORTANT

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after the device is purchased, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar issues.

The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by liquids, such as dropping the product in water or immersion; although some products are water-resistant, there are limits that must be respected, which vary for each product. We also do not cover damage caused by an attempted repair or modification of the device by you or a third party.
